Overseeing and managing the laboratory, implementing protocols, ensure quality of data collection and analysis, developing new protocols, working with lab coordinator to manage research assistants and students. Development of research protocols, including obtaining IRB approval for new studies, analyzing data obtained during studies, writing manuscripts and contributing to grant applications. The Instructor will work closely with the Principal Investigator, post-doctoral fellows, lab coordinators, administrators, students and other research assistants in collaborative studies, and will assist in teaching in Integrative Human Physiology sub-discipline within the Cell Biology, Neuroscience and Physiology graduate program.
