The Administrative Associate II will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to one Stem Cell Program principal investigator and her lab, which engages in stem cell biology and cancer research, with a focus on lung biology.
Administrative tasks including managing travel arrangements, maintaining financial records, overseeing grant submissions, managing principal investigator's calendar, managing lab projects, providing customer service to lab members, and assisting with program special events and projects.
Performing and overseeing various administrative functions requiring in-depth knowledge of departmental programs and services.
To qualify, you must have:
A high school level of educational. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Six to twelve months of previous experience.
The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in various situations.
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
Extensive experience with Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
No certification, registration or licensure required.
