The Murry lab in the Department of Pathology and the Regnier lab in the Department of Bioengineering are looking to hire a co-mentored post-doctoral fellow with expertise in small animal disease modeling, molecular biology, and/or stem cell biology. The post-doc will work on a cross-disciplinary project involving gene-therapy and stem cell-based cardiac regeneration. This position requires a PhD in a relevant biological science discipline. The ideal candidate will have high initiative, a strong publication record, and enjoy working in a cutting edge fast-paced team environment. The position also requires computing and communication skills, including proficiency in scientific writing.
This is a full-time position, and is initially available for one year, but may be extended. The start date of this position would be as soon as possible.
