General Statement of Duties
This particular job posting is an "Open Pool" position. There may or may not be available openings at this time however, when an opening does occur, the hiring manager will draw from the pool of applicants we have on file on an as needed basis.
Part-time; trust funded; Adjunct Faculty DCE MCCC/MTA Unit positions
Instruction in both traditional and non-traditional learning modes; Instructional preparation; Assessment of student performance; including submission of final grades in a timely fashion; An obligation on the part of the unit member to be available to students by appointment when mutually convenient; Not more than one faculty meeting per session. Other duties as required.

Three (3) current Professional Letters of Recommendation are required in order to be considered for employment. Letters must be dated within 1 year of hire and at least one must be from a supervisor/manager.

About the College
Mount Wachusett Community College is an accredited, public two-year institution serving 29 cities and towns in North Central Massachusetts. The picturesque269-acre main campus is located in Gardner, Massachusetts; satellite sites are located in Leominster, Fitchburg, and Devens. The college offers over 45 associate degree and certificate programs, as well as adult basic education and high school equivalency programs, education and training for business and industry, and noncredit professional and personal enrichment programs. MWCC is on the forefront of state and national civic engagement and service learning initiatives and is nationally recognized as a veteran- friendly school. MWCC is in the process of constructing a $42 million science and technology building to support growing STEM programs.
