Postdoctoral Fellow - Institute of Human Virology-(1600010K)
Applications are invited for an NIH-funded full-time Post Doctoral Fellow position in the Basic Science Division of the Institute of Human Virology, School of Medicine. Position is available for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join our efforts in HIV-1 research. With a strong knowledge base of molecular biology and biochemistry, the candidate will investigate the products of a new HIV-1 gene, and will elucidate their role in viral replication and persistence. Moreover, the candidate will contribute to develop new in vitro assays for the detection and quantification of latently infected cells in clinical samples. The position requires a driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Please include a cover letter summarizing your past experience, research interests and career goals, PDF of up to three representative publications, and CV including the names and contact information of three references to the attention of: Dr. Fabio Romerio.
