A postdoctoral position is available immediately to conduct research in the area of cancer molecular biology and biochemistry. The requirements for the position are, candidate must have doctoral degree Ph.D. and/or M.D., (including those conferred outside of U.S.) in the field of Biology. A substantial practical and conceptual knowledge of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, as documented by peer-reviewed publications is required. Ability to prepare scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. Knowledge of basic principles of various common equipments used in the biology laboratory. Able to conduct fairly independent research without day-to-day supervision of the principal investigator. Participate in teaching of basic principles of safety regulation and good laboratory practice to graduate students and research assistants.
